How quickly can you make the call?
For most requests I act within the same business day. If your request is urgent, I offer a Fast Delivery option — I will handle it the same day or the following day. Please select that option when placing your request.
What if the call takes longer than expected?
If a call runs longer than expected, I will notify you in advance whenever possible. I will never charge you for unexpected additional time without your agreement first.
Can you make multiple calls for one request?
Yes. For example if I need to try three restaurants to find availability, this is treated as one request with the initial fee charged once. Call time is billed cumulatively.
Do I need to speak Japanese to use this service?
Not at all. I communicate primarily in English, and I am also able to assist in other languages with the help of translation tools wherever possible.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is required at the time of your request. The same applies when booking via Fiverr.
